近期老师们在上课与小朋友做游戏过程中,发现了很多小朋友一会就出现体能下降、肢体不协调等问题,为了让孩子们有充沛的体力和精力投入到日常学习生活中,我们7月的ECA就带领我们学员到了少儿体适能中心给他们上一节少儿体适能课。
体适能是Physical Fitness的中文翻译,是指人体所具备的有充足的精力从事日常工作(学习)而不感疲劳,同时有余力享受休闲活动的乐趣,能够适应突发状况的能力。美国运动医学会(American College of Sport Medicine,ACSM)认为:体适能由健康体适能和技能体适能组成。
Please allow me to introduce the Physicial Fitness to you, Physicial Fitness means the human body has enough energy to engage in daily work, without feeling tired whilst ensuring you have enough energy to enjoy leisure activities at the same time. The ACSM believes Physicial Fitness consists of physical health as well as mental health.
4-7岁组风采
随着物质生活水平的提高,电子产品的更新换代,造成幼儿生长发育失调,更加上缺乏体育锻炼等。部分孩子出现了诸如身体肥胖,厌食、惰性等问题,现在得提高孩子和家长锻炼的意识了。
With the improvement of living standards, the replacement of electronic products has caused the growth of young children to become unbalanced, resulting in less physical exercise. Some children have experienced problems such as weight gain、anorexia and inertia,so it's time to improve childrens and parents' awareness of physical exercise。
8-9岁组风采
这次体适能活动,大家都很努力的去克服各种困难来完成老师设立的所有项目,不过大家在提升内在涵养的时候也要提升身体素质哦。
Through this Physicial Fittness activity, everyone tried their best to overcome their own weaknesses to complete the sport events. Don't forget to improve both your physicial fitness as well as your mental health. Healthy body, healthy mind!
